Founded in 1970, Sotcher Measurement Inc. provides the latest state of the art test equipment to manufacturers. Our customers use our products to verify the safety and performance of the devices they manufacture and use. We feel that commitment very deeply. In response, we do our utmost to insure the the products and service we offer are of the highest quality and performance, consistent with good value.

Complete service

Every product sent to us for service is tested, cleaned, updated, calibrated and then retested to insure its accuracy. All calibration is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Specially trained repair technicians

To guarantee the best possible service, our repair department is staffed with technicians specifically trained in the repair and maintenance of products manufactured by Sotcher Measurement, Inc.

Like any precision instrument our products require regular maintenance and calibration. Safety agencies usually require annual calibration as the minimum time interval necessary to maintain accuracy.

Certification of calibration

A factory certification of calibration is furnished with every product serviced. A formal Metrology Report in compliance with ISO 9000 is also available, request item 40002.

Free Estimates

We will be happy to provide an estimate prior to service, if requested. We always call for approval if it appears that the service will cost over $100.

Free loaners available

Should your test equipment ever need service, call us for SUPER SERVICE. We will provide a free loaner for most units while we service your equipment. There is a charge for shipping and handling.

On-Site Service

If you have some of our large custom built test stations or a number of smaller standard products our on-site calibration service is available at your plant.

Full one year warranty

All repair work is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year. We will repair or replace any parts that prove to be defective provided they are returned to Sotcher Measurement, Inc.

Trade in option

If your current product from us is worn out, or if you would just like to move up to a newer or more advanced model, you may. We offer trade in options on most products.

Your Satisfaction is Assured

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our standard products you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or credit toward a new product. This does not apply to any modified or custom designed product.

With our SUPER SERVICE program, skilled technicians and one year warranty, we have made it easier than ever to give your test equipment the attention it needs.
